  • Acting for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as documentation agent in connection with a €515m revolving multicurrency credit facility and a US$100m standby credit facility made available by a syndicate of 12 banks to AB Stena Finans as borrower to be used for general corporate purposes of the Stena AB Group.
