Carey Olsen

Carey Olsen acts for a considerable number of Jersey-based funds, assisting on the structuring and launch of new investment vehicles and advising on regulatory requirements. Heading the group are Robert Milner, who specialises in the establishment of fund manager vehicles and fund migrations into Jersey, and James Mulholland, who takes the lead on private equity matters.
