  • Advised Great Point Studios on its multi million pound freehold acquisition of the former Pinewood Studios in Wentloog from Welsh Government and continue to advise on the ongoing development of the site.
  • Advised Opra Avanti (an SPV created for production of Welsh language opera) on production commercial terms and rights contracts for a televised opera production for S4C and Channel 4.
  • Advised Cwmni Da on a number of matters including a Welsh language version of Gogglebox and a co-production agreement for The World’s Greatest Sporting Arenas broadcast in the UK and internationally.
