Highlight-Mandate
- Advised TransAlta in relation to its back up power supply arrangements with the Western Australian Government via Western Power and AEMO, including acting on an associated arrangement with BHP Nickel West.
- Advised Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed Japanese trading house, ITOCHU Corporation (ITOCHU), on its minority investment into UON Pty Ltd (UON), an intellectual property driven, modular energy, renewable energy and battery supply company servicing primarily the mining industry in Western Australia.
- Advising the State-owned electricity utility, Synergy, on preserving access to a coal generation plant post its retirement in order to assist with ensuring energy security as part of the WA Government’s decarbonisation of the WA electricity industry.
