• Advised European Energy on the project financing of the 56MW Mokoan Solar Farm (Victoria) and a novel in-house EPC delivery model, marking European Energy’s first financial close in Australia that is expected to ultimately supply renewable electricity to more than 15,000 households and reduce over 85,000 tonnes of carbon emissions.
  
• Acted for ESR Australia, as asset manager/principal in respect of all project agreements for the design and construction of the $110m Defence headquarters at 320 Pitt St Sydney as well as the delivery of that project.
  
• Acting for Deloitte, as administrators and subsequently liquidators of the collapse of the Lloyd Group, including over $100m of projects at the time the company entered into administration, involving primarily government infrastructure across the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

• Representing John Holland in an ongoing multi-party proceeding in the Federal Court of Australia arising from the administration of the Hastie Group in May 2012.
  
• Acting for DRA Global (and related entities) in a long-running NSWSC litigation against MACH Energy Australia Pty Ltd (MACH) arising from disputes on the Mt Pleasant Coal Mine.

• Acting for Tri-Star Petroleum Company (an independent Texas oil and gas explorer) and related entities in multibillion-dollar disputes concerning joint ventures in Queensland related to the production and sale of coal seam gas.
