Bofill Mir Abogados‘ equity and debt capital markets practice is routinely mandated to advise at both domestic and international levels. The 19-strong team advises on IPOs, secondary offerings, bond and share issuances, Rule 144A/Reg S financings, securitisation, and investment fund structuring and launching. - Advised the bondholders of corporate bonds series C and D, which were issued by Empresas Hites in a two phase restructuring plan.
- Advised Global Soluciones Financieras-related bondholders on the breach of financial obligations under a bond issuance agreement, the restructuring of existing bonds, and the provision of additional financing through the issuance of new bonds.
