Spinning out of legacy firm Allende Bascuñán & Cía in January 2025, Bascuñán & Cía's energy and natural resources team focuses on mining, industrial and agricultural companies that have substantial energy requirements. The department’s expertise covers negotiating long-term contracts with electricity generators, and assisting with power purchase agreement-related tender bids, negotiations and disputes.
