The firm's client base includes insurers and asset managers, reinsurers, brokers and non-profit insurance social groups. Insurance litigation forms a core part of Martin Le Touzé's disputes practice, and he also assists clients with the structuring of life insurance contracts. He leads the group alongside Vincent Hatton, a specialist in matters relating to insurance asset management.

Hogan Lovells (Paris) LLP tackles both transactional and regulatory mandates for its insurance-sector clients, including mergers and restructuring measures, using the firm's international network to service cross-border instructions. Sébastien Gros frequently advises on all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as licensing and other regulatory challenges.
