  • Represented Puttalam Ilmenite Limited in two highly contested Writ Applications relating to regulatory disputes arising from the issuance of associated industrial mineral licenses and attempts to encroach on the exclusive rights of Puttalam Ilmenite Limited.
  • Represented Future Consumer Limited of India in a series of cases instituted by a Joint Venture Company of which it is the majority shareholder, by which the Joint venture is seeking orders for the transfer of the entirety of the client’s shareholding in the Joint Venture based on corporate disputes and matters arising from the highly publicised Reliance-Amazon dispute in India.
  • Represented the former Solicitor General of Sri Lanka in a Fundamental Rights Application and in a civil action, in respect of highly controversial and publicised acts of political victimsation and defamation that were committed against the client.
