- Acted as regulatory counsel for Adams Radio Group in a multi-market transaction involving the sale of 5 separate groups of radio stations.
- Advising Meta Platforms, Inc. on multiple sensitive domestic, foreign and cross-border infrastructure development and acquisition projects, mostly pertaining to submarine cable facilities.
