  • Advised UKIB on all aspects of the £130 million project financing for Highview Power in connection with its development of a novel 50MW/250MWh “Liquid-Air” cryogenic energy storage facility in Carrington Village, near Manchester.
  • Advised senior lenders to TC Moray East OFTO Limited (Transmission Capital Partners) on the acquisition financing of the Moray East OFTO, a 950MW Offshore Wind Transmission asset (OFTO).
