Six Pump Court continues to host several leading employment law specialists. Gordon Menzies is noted particularly for his experience handling discrimination claims as well as applications for restraint of trade injunctions and TUPE claims. Grace Cullen has a strong track record acting in claims against large employers such as the Ministry of Justice, the University of Oxford, and NHS trusts. She is also strong when it comes to discrimination cases and recently acted for the claimant in Wainwright v Cennox plc, who was removed from a senior role whilst on sick leave following a cancer diagnosis. Ultimately, the Tribunal held that the claimant had been discriminated against and unfairly dismissed.
