Civitas Law’s social housing team consists of several strong practitioners and remains at the forefront of this area of law in Wales. Lucy King’s experience extends to claims concerning unlawful eviction and possession on grounds of anti-social behaviour as well as claims in respect of homelessness. Dominic Evans is a housing disrepair expert who regularly acts for and advises both social landlords and tenants in the South Wales area.
