Martin Wolff is a counsel in the firm’s Frankfurt office and a member of the firm’s Tax practice. He is also qualified as a Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater). Martin’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border investment fund structuring and related investment tax and other tax issues on behalf of institutional investors and private equity companies. He also advises German and international clients on corporate and wealth management tax planning matters and real estate transactions.

With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Wolff advises institutional investors, including pension funds and private equity companies on complex domestic and cross-border tax issues related to the structuring of their investment funds as well as on all aspects of national and international tax law.
