Following a ruling by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH), the proceedings regarding the ban on imitations were again brought before the Higher Regional Court (OLG), which again ruled in favor of the client. In the meantime, the BGH ruled again and rejected an appeal by the defendant against non-admission for a second appeal.
