Falcon Chambers


Falcon Chambers is ‘a go-to property set‘, ‘second to none for all property disputes‘. The group continues to handle a high volume of cases involving claims brought under the Building Safety Act 2022, as well as advising on work involving the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022. Recent highlights include Stephanie Tozer KC appearing as lead counsel in Ridley v Brown, a Supreme Court case concerning the conditions necessary to make a successful application for adverse possession under Schedule 6 of the Land Registration Act 2002. The Court clarified that the applicant’s “reasonable belief” in ownership can be for any ten-year period during their time of adverse possession. In a separate matter, Kester Lees KC successfully acted for the developer in Cooper v Ludgate House Limited and Powell v Ludgate House Limited, two major rights of light claims arising from a redevelopment project. In March 2025 Wayne Clark KC and Nathaniel Duckworth KC were both appointed to silk in the 2025 round.
