- Represented the claimant in a case concerning an alleged failure to perform root canal treatment at the client’s upper right lateral incisor (UR2) tooth; as a consequence, it was alleged that the client developed a dental abscess which in turn resulted in infective endocarditis.
- Represented the claimant in a case relating to the treatment provided by 6 dentists over a 12-year period; over that period, the client underwent poor root canal treatment, supervised neglect, and periodontal mismanagement leading to tooth loss.
- Represented the client in a claim arising from failure to diagnose and treat periodontal disease, allegations of failed bridgework, a failure to obtain valid consent for treatment, and failures in the technical execution of extraction.
