The Manchester-based team at Addleshaw Goddard focuses on major transactions of all types for local government across an array of sectors. and advises on general service outsourcings, IT outsourcings, regeneration schemes, power issues, housing transactions, real estate investments, funds work, and transport projects. Additionally, the group is well-regarded for its expertise in the PPP and PFI spaces and frequently provides dispute resolution advice to local authority clients.
