  • Advising Peel Land and Property (Ports) on its flag ship development, Liverpool Waters. The scheme concerns the regeneration of 60 hectares of the historic former docks on the River Mersey.
  • Advising Barking Riverside Development on the scheme including the new uplift planning application which was submitted in June 2024 which will seek to deliver 20,000 new homes plus schools, parks and infrastructure.
  • Advising on the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area Planning Framework. This is a planning framework produced in collaboration with two councils (Wandsworth and Lambeth), Transport for London, English Heritage and the landowners including advising on the iconic Battersea Power Station.
